4. कोई भी दान या भागीदारी पूर्णतः स्वैच्छिक है और Refund Policy में दिए अनुसार ही वापसी संभव होगी।
5. वेबसाइट का उपयोग अवैध, अपमानजनक, हानिकारक या धोखाधड़ी के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।
6. संस्था को अधिकार है कि नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर किसी का भी उपयोग/पहुंच बिना पूर्व सूचना समाप्त कर दे।
7. सभी विवाद उत्तर प्रदेश, भारत के न्यायालयों के अधीन होंगे।

Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable.
